It's off to see the boatman

After almost coughing up a lung, nearly falling face flat on the ground after stepping out of the vehicle, and discovering that the bag of toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, and facial cleanser was missing (possibly left on the bathroom counter back home), Al refused to call it a bad day. Al chose the optimistic route, opting to think of the day as just starting and redeemable. Al looked around the small fishing village of Sindri's cove and instantly thought of a front picture of a generic poster card. It reminded Al of a card you'd send to some random person you vaguely know or remember and say something like, "having a great time, hope you're doing well".

In all honesty, Al had only glanced at the letter the day before, catching the fact that Al was supposed to be at Sindri's Cove and was looking for a Hendry the boatman. If the letter had described this Hendry the boatman, Al had missed it. At least Al didn't miss the blue tavern which was easy enough to spot because it was the only blue building standing. Al tentatively entered the tavern, looking around the joint curiously. If Hendry the boatman was there, Al couldn't tell so Al did the only sensible thing.

"Does anyone know where I can find Hendry the boatman,"Al asked loudly in the middle of the tavern to everyone. Al wasn't one for embarrassment and frankly didn't recognize the impulsive display.
